Kevin Seifert began his photography career in the 5th grade, which was 1985. Toting around a Holga which had three settings -- portrait, group and landscape -- Seifert snapped his first roll of 120 film on the way to school on a freezing cold morning in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The important thing was he made the deadline. Watching the picture appear on negative film and then in print in the darkroom had him mesmerized.

Seifert earned his BSJ, cum laude, from Ohio University's Scripps Howard School of Journalism via the School of Visual Communications in 1996. Twelve years of news photography gave Kevin countless mentors and professional experience highlighted by trips to two Final Fours including Duke's 2001 Championship, photographing Michael Campbell's U.S. Open Golf Championship and documenting the Carolina Hurricanes drinking from the Stanley Cup in 2006.

In 2005, Seifert launched Photoendeavors, an editorial and corporate freelance photography business. Seifert added wedding photojournalism to his repertoire and launched Kevin Seifert Wedding Photography in 2008.
